After years of speculation, apartments in the triple-tower Jewel project are on the market.
Total Property Group managing director Adrian Parsons said 40 apartments in Jewel’s north tower were for sale in the current campaign, with around a third of them tenanted.
The Jewel Private Residences currently for sale are part of the beachfront project’s Sapphire Collection and are priced from $800,000 to $6.5m.
A mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments are for sale and buyers will have access to the five-star hotel facilities of The Langham, Gold Coast.
Jewel has 521 units across its three towers, with all residents so far living in the north tower.
The five-star hotel and the Langham-managed Jewel Residences apartments occupy the central tower, while the south tower remains vacant.
40 apartments in the Jewel Private Residences are on the market.
Mr Parsons said demand for apartments was strong, with more than 300 inquiries lodged with the Jewel website in the past fortnight.
“AWH have some apartments that they rent and we are selling some of those, which may appeal to investors – or to owner-occupiers once the leases have completed,” he said.
“It’s strategically a good time to offer these properties, which are ready-made investments with income.
“There is also a selection of brand new apartments which we’ve been asked to sell.”
Jewel owner, AW Holding Group, held off on the sales campaign until after the launch of The Langham.
