A collection of nine apartments is being released to the market in a new $250 million beachfront tower in Surfers Paradise.
Escape by Luxcon Group is a 35-level five-star apartment building to be developed on a 1011sqm site at 63-65 Garfield Terrace.
The tower includes 31 residences from full-floor apartments to double storey penthouses.
Each full-floor apartment offers 360-degree views of the city’s beach, ocean and Hinterland.
Apartments are priced from from $6.125 million.
Adrian Parsons, managing director of Total Property Group, said the collection was a unique offering.
“Purchasers can choose their desired level and select one of two floorplans to suit their lifestyle, whether it is waking up in the master bedroom to the sun rising over the ocean or dedicating the whole eastern side to living areas for the ultimate entertaining space.
“The demand we are seeing for premium product on the Gold Coast is unprecedented and we expect this to continue, mostly because of the large cohort of homeowners from far and wide who are selling up their family homes to move into large luxury apartments in prime locations here on the Gold Coast.”
Resident amenities include a beachfront pool, outdoor lounge and cabanas, private fitness centre, and sauna and steam room.
Luxcon Group’s founder and managing director Ilya Melnikoff said: “We collaborated with PBD Architects to design Escape to be a building of distinction for the Gold Coast, with inspiration taken from some of the world’s finest five-star private residences”.
“This incredible site on Garfield Terrace presented a unique opportunity to deliver the most luxurious whole floor residences offering 15m ocean frontage to all apartments on the sand between Burleigh Heads and Surfers Paradise,” he said.
“We are excited to now be ready to present this rare opportunity to the prestige property market and redefine high-end luxury apartment living with Escape’s unparalleled level of sophistication and elegance.”
