The recently launched five-star residential tower Escape has been revealed in a sales experience centre at Broadbeach.
It comes as builder developer Luxcon Group prepares to start construction this month.
The 210sq m state-of-the-art sales gallery is on Level 3 of the Oracle East building and is open by appointment for potential buyers to view.
Escape is a $250 million apartment building with 31 full-floor residences and two double-level penthouses planned for a beachfront site at 63-65 Garfield Terrace, Surfers Paradise.
Since launching the collection of 31 whole-floor residences, the first market release of nine apartments has been sold for $75 million, bringing forward the release of stage two.
Buyers attending the Escape sales gallery are offered an in-depth look at the internal finishes and ultra-luxurious style of the apartment floorplans.
A full-sized kitchen, living and dining room as well as a main bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe showcases the apartment’s main features for interested buyers.
Priced from $6.45 million, each sky home at Escape features 360-degree views of the Gold Coast’s beaches, ocean and hinterland, with interiors that present owner-occupiers with a low-maintenance, high-end lifestyle.
The first release of apartments sold before the Escape sales gallery opened, with project sales and marketing agency Total Property Group saying it demonstrated the “unprecedented” high demand for luxury apartments on the Gold Coast’s beachfront.
“The opportunity to develop a premium absolute beachfront site, and an unprecedented demand for this type of luxury on the Gold Coast motivated Luxcon Group to create a premium apartment development and offer two different floor plans that meet the unique needs and wants of prestige property purchasers,” said Adrian Parsons, Total Property Group managing director.
“The response to the initial sales release has been exceptional and further lots are scheduled to be released to the market once construction commences.
“Buyers are acting quickly and we expect to see this level of interest increase now that the Escape Sales Gallery is open and even more so when construction starts.
“The architectural design and two whole floors of extensive five-star amenities have been extremely favourable with apartment buyers.”
Designed by PBD Architecture and interior design studio Coco Republic, the Escape building gradually tapers in, with floor plans for the full floor residences ranging in size from 311 sqm to 293sq m, offering two different floorplans.
