Lilly Residences
• The installation of services in the basement continue and are approximately 90% complete.
• The level one slab was poured 26th August this is another major milestone for Lilly.
• Work scheduled for the next month includes;
o Erection of level one columns and block walls.
o Installation of the formwork and pouring of the level two slab.
o Commence stripping of formwork to ground level.
o Complete the installation of services to the basement.
• We are pleased to advise anticipated settlement is still on target for mid-2022
Terrace Homes Stage 7
• Scaffold has been dismantled and all upper levels have been painted externally.
• Internally, 50% of buildings are lined with gyprock.
• Plumbing and electrical rough-ins are complete to all dwellings.
• Work scheduled for the next month includes;
o Roads and driveway areas to be prepped and poured.
o Complete internal gyprock lining.
o Commence fix-out (skirtings and architraves).
o Waterproofing and tiling to wet areas.
o Commence installation of cabinetry.
• Please be advised that because of the continued lock downs & boarder closures due to Covid-19 and the major spike in residential construction across Australia, supply of materials are currently very constrained & securing building contractors has become a major challenge. We have been working very diligently to ensure this impact is minimal but unfortunately this disruption has delayed the construction of the Terraces Homes to the end of 2021. This means settlement will more likely occur in late January to early February 2022. We apologies for this delay however please be assured that delivering your home so you can move in as soon as possible is of the utmost importance.
