TERRACE HOMES – STAGE 7 SOLD OUT
We are pleased to bring you the next construction update.
- External works commenced in September with carports, driveways and roads being poured.
- Internally, stairs have been installed and kitchen, bathroom and laundry cabinetry is being installed.
- Fix-out (skirtings and architraves) continues and is complete to approximately. 70% of dwellings.
- Waterproofing and tiling to wet areas has commenced.
Practical building completion of the Terraces Homes should be completed by mid-November.
