Construction is scheduled to start in the coming months with completion slated for mid-2023. Mondrian Gold Coast is being developed by Chris and Letitia Vitale of Vitale Projects in partnership with Accor and sbe, the world-leading hospitality group behind the global Mondrian hotel brand.
Mr Vitale said the Mondrian Residences sales display centre was designed to showcase the development’s level of luxury.
Sales will be managed by marketing agency Total Property Group, which reports it has already received strong interest from local, intrastate and interstate buyers.
Architect Elenberg Fraser has been employed to visually transform the site with striking arches, vertical and horizontal gardens and waterscapes, while the interior design will be by internationally renowned Studio Carter. Its goal is to blend the region’s carefree beachside lifestyle with an elite international style.
The Mondrian display centre is open seven days a week by appointment.
