Brisbane developer Karam Group announced it will extend the Developer Grant of $15,000 for first home buyers who purchase an eligible apartment off the plan at Maasra Apartments Coorparoo as the Group unveiled a new onsite sales office.
Karam Group’s $15,000 Developer Grant has been extended to March 31 in line with the $15,000 HomeBuilder Grant to assist eligible first home buyers, who qualify for the $15,000 First Home Owners Grant, access up to $45,000 to buy a brand new apartment at Maasra in Coorparoo.
“This is a terrific opportunity for first-time buyers to get into the market, as saving this kind of money takes most people years,” Karam Group Director Anthony Karam said.

The original onsite sales and display centre was demolished to make way for construction to start and now a new sales office in a different location on site has been constructed to give potential buyers the opportunity to experience what it will be like to live at Maasra.

Construction on the Maasra eight-level, 102 luxury apartment building began In September 2020, which qualifies the apartments for the HomeBuilder Grant, available to eligible individuals and couples who intend to own and occupy an apartment they purchase off the plan.
