We are pleased to announce that since our last update the following milestones were achieved:
Magnolia Residences
• Construction complete and the plans are lodged with the local Council for plan sealing
• Security system is being installed including CCTV to common areas
• Final touches to landscaping are being done
• We anticipate settlements to occur in June
Summerlin Green
• Doors and windows are now installed to both the community and gym buildings
• Interior finishes have been selected and expected to be completed shortly
• Pool is ready for pebble finish to be sprayed
• Landscape is almost complete with community herb garden now in place, putting hole installed
plus outdoor sitting areas are all now in place.
• Fencing around this area has been installed
• Security swipe card access fencing is almost completed
