EPV Developments’ boutique apartment project, The Wellington, in East Brisbane has notched up $48 million in sales.
The project has sold 108 apartments and only 19 remain as construction approaches completion in October this year. A total of 85% of apartments have sold in the nine storey boutique development, with 59 one bedroom and 49 two bedroom apartments sold.
TOTAL Property Group managing director and marketing manager of The Wellington, Adrian Parsons, said the project attracted a variety of purchasers from young professionals to mature buyers.
“With single person households projected to grow on average 2.2% per year making them the fastest growing type of household in Australia, it is little wonder that our luxury one bedroom apartments which are 13% more spacious than the average inner-city unit, have experienced such strong buyer appeal.
“We are seeing more and more sales enquiries coming from young professionals who are drawn to East Brisbane’s close proximity to the CBD as well as the thriving cafe and restaurant scene that continues to grow and expand from the renowned Logan Road precinct.” Parsons said.
“As we draw closer to our completion date of late September/early October this year, we are excited to see our vision for The Wellington take shape and cannot wait to see residents move in and start living their dream inner-city lifestyle.” EPV Developments director Karl Jameson said.
