Developer Pask starts building masterplanned Rochedale apartment project Florian Rise

Construction is under way at Florian Rise, with builder RCQ Construction completing earthworks and progressing into vertical construction on stage one of Rochedale’s first apartment community.

Stage one has 62 apartments across two buildings now under construction, including Aster Apartments, with 24 residences across three levels, and Banksia Apartments, with 38 residences across five levels. Developed by Pask and designed in collaboration with architects Ellivo, Florian Rise, located at 41 Skyview Ave, Rochedale, is a masterplanned community of 188 apartments across five buildings on a 14,800sq m site, with stage one scheduled for completion by December 2027.

Pask development director John Curtis said the commencement of vertical construction marked a defining moment in delivering the company’s long-term vision for the Rochedale community.
