The eternal debate between house and apartment has scored a new wrinkle with the arrival of Brisbane’s first apartment development delivering four-bedroom abodes.
Coorparoo’s forthcoming Maasra Apartments are solving the space dilemma by bringing spacious units to the market, pairing a collection of in-demand dwellings with top-tier amenities and a multi-faceted ground-floor addition.
Coorparoo’s apartment boom is set to continue well into the coming year, with Maasra Apartments on Old Cleveland Road bringing 114 new domiciles to the area, including a number of palatial four-bedroom apartments. With four-bedroom abodes totalling a paltry 1.4 percent of the total apartment supply in Brisbane, a demand for larger units has prompted developers Karam Group to act. Although the first release of four-bedroom apartments were quickly snatched up, the developers have released a further three units to the market. Each four-bedroom apartment comes with three secure car spaces, large balconies, plenty of storage, open-plan living areas, and generously sized bedrooms.
Upon completion, Maasra Apartments will also boast a number of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, offering high ceilings, contemporary fixtures and a modern design. The building will also feature a podium level recreation space with entertainment areas, a 25-metre pool with timber decking, barbecue areas, a gym and retail and commercial tenancies on the first floor. Construction is set to begin in September.
