COMMUNITY LIFE AT FLORIAN RISE

Florian Rise is the first apartment development to officially launch in Rochedale, with developer Pask unveiling stage one of the masterplanned apartment community.

Located at 41 Skyview Ave, stage one will have 62 apartments across two buildings, with construction to be delivered by RCQ Construction.

Stage one comprises Aster Apartments, offering 24 residences across three levels, and Banksia Apartments, with 38residences across five levels, priced from $937,000, with completion anticipated in December 2027.

In collaboration with architects Ellivo, Florian Rise will have 188 apartments across five buildings, set within a landscaped environment with amenities on a 14,800sq m site.
The apartment collection includes two-, three- and four bedroom residences.

Luxury apartment marketing specialist Total Property Group is presenting Florian Rise to the market, and managing director Adrian Parsons said the project filled a clear gap in Rochedale’s housing offering. “Florian Rise addresses Rochedale’s housing shortage by introducing the suburb’s first apartment development, offering a more affordable and low maintenance lifestyle option for buyers,” he said. Florian Rise offers wellness-led amenities, including landscaped gardens and a resort-style 20m pool. A dedicated community clubhouse is located on the ground level of the Banksia building.
