THREE Nundah Village is the final stage of the facility’s redevelopment and was designed by urban renewal specialists Property Solutions.
The new nine-storey, 120-apartment building will be just eight kilometres from the Brisbane CBD.
The one and two-bedroom apartments start at $381,000 and $482,800 respectively, with nearly 70 percent already sold due to high demand for village-style living near the city.
