A collection of eight luxury apartments are under construction in a tightly held beachside pocket of Mermaid Beach.
Prominence is a $35m four-level apartment building at 13-15 Chairlift Ave with six half-floor private residences and two penthouses
Prices start from $3.445m.
Being developed by Queensland developer Mayd Group and built by EV Built, all eight residences feature balconies that spill out from oversized living spaces designed for alfresco living.
Total Property Group managing director Adrian Parsons said the collection of boutique apartments was perfectly positioned in terms of location, quality and style.
“A site of this quality suitable for an apartment development in Mermaid Beach is a rare find. “Prominence presents a very limited opportunity for brand-new apartment residences on the beachside of Mermaid, which is an area mostly known for multimillion-dollar beachfront homes,” Mr Parsons said.
“Chairlift Ave East is a quiet pocket of Mermaid Beach, on the beachside next to a nature reserve and Nobby Beach is just a few metres down the road. In the other direction is Nobby’s vibrant cosmopolitan hub with restaurants, cafes and boutique retailers, also within a short walking distance from Prominence.
“Nobby Beach is one of the best beachside spots on the Gold Coast and is always a hive of activity, and The Oxley 1823 has further elevated the charm with a boutique retail, dining and lifestyle village, complete with a Village Grocer where local farmers and producers are celebrated.”
Prominence’s eight private residences include two ‘beach house’ residences on the ground floor, four half-floor residences on levels two and three and two penthouses with rooftop terraces with private pools and entertaining areas.
All apartments are designed for the high-end owner-occupier by award-winning Plus Architecture in collaboration with international renowned interior design studio Mim Design.
Prominence apartments features 2.7m ceilings in the living areas with floor-to-ceiling glass exterior walls with timber and stone finishes.
Construction is set to be finished in the first quarter of 2025.
