We are pleased to announce that since our last update the following milestones were achieved:
• After a full week of dry weather, the ground was dry for the driveway to be poured.
• Most fence/lot divisions are now in place with the remainder underway and expected to be completed shortly.
• Landscaping at the front of the building has commenced with ground prep ready for planting.
• Rendering and painting of lot entry stairs has commenced.
• Rear building screening of the fire stairs is underway.
• Great progress on the central facilities has been made.
• The building team is working through final touchups internally.
