TOTAL Property Group are very pleased to report Karam Group’s announcement, that Hindmarsh Construction Australia (Qld), has now taken control of the site and construction is continuing to progress extremely well on the Maasra site. Activity includes the digging of the basement, lift and stairwell pits and under slab drainage has been completed. Shown in the photos below, the retention system is now in place around the entire perimeter. This amazing basement is 9.5 meters deep and will provide an exceptionally generous amount of parking for residents and commercial tenants. Formwork and steel are being assembled off site.
In conjunction with TOTAL Property Group, Karam Group have been working diligently with the various purchasers to finalise a myriad of small details for each apartment. This includes amending drawings, finishing schedules and specifications to accommodate the changes made by purchasers.
Now that the “digging” has been completed, “building” construction can commence.
