A new luxury apartment development called Prominence has been launched in Mermaid Beach on the Gold Coast, offering a limited collection of eight high-end residences.

TOTAL Property Group is marketing the development, which includes:
- Two ground floor “beach house” residences with private pools
- Four half-floor residences on levels two and three
- Two penthouses on the top level with rooftop terraces and private pools
Adrian Parsons, Managing Director of TOTAL Property Group, highlighted the development’s prime location:
“A site of this quality suitable for an apartment development in Mermaid Beach is a rare find. Prominence presents a very limited opportunity for brand-new apartment residences on the beachside of Mermaid,” Parsons said.
The project is being developed by MAYD Group and constructed by EV Built. It was designed by Plus Architecture in collaboration with interior design studio Mim Design.
Features of the residences include:
- 2.7-metre high ceilings in living areas
- Floor-to-ceiling glass exterior walls
- Premium natural timber and stone finishes
- Gourmet kitchens with Gaggenau appliances
Parsons emphasized the development’s focus on owner-occupiers, noting its proximity to Nobby Beach and local amenities.
“The stylish architecture by Plus Architecture and sophisticated interiors by Mim Design have been specifically designed for the discerning owner-occupier,” he said.
