AW Jewel announced $90 million apartment sales across Jewel Private Residences’ two luxury residential apartment towers — the Sapphire Tower Collection and the Diamond Tower Collection from January to June.
Strong sales results stem from a series of moves by AW Jewel, who held off from presenting Jewel Private Residences to the market until after international five-star hotel The Langham, Gold Coast – that occupies Jewel’s central tower and signature amenity spaces across the luxury precinct – was open to guests.
Total Property Group has been marketing Jewel Private Residences since the first collection of luxury apartments was launched in 2023, selling a total of $290 million worth of apartments to date.
In the past six months at Jewel Private Residences, 42 apartments have sold at an average sale price of $2.14m with prices starting at $1.174m for a one-bedroom apartment in the Sapphire Tower Collection and ranging up to $7m for a three-bedroom apartment in the beachfront Diamond Tower Collection.
Total Property Group managing director Adrian Parsons said Jewel Private Residences was meeting strong demand from property buyers in the market for beachfront apartments on the Gold Coast.
“All eyes are turning to the Gold Coast for the exceptional lifestyle and beaches and Jewel is turning heads for its ultra-premium apartments attached to a five-star international resort hotel,” Mr Parsons said.
“Jewel Private Residences is an incredible opportunity in today’s prestige property market. The absolute beachfront location, the five-star resort amenities, the luxury styling – it’s all there to see, fully completed and ready to move in now. This really is the pinnacle of luxury amenity recognised by high-net-worth individuals as the ultimate inclusion to their private residences.”
