Larger apartments with luxury trimmings are being offered to savvy local buyers after the developer overhauled its designs in response to the changing market.
The Karam Group, the development team behind Coorparoo’s Maasra Apartments, have redesigned the project with the owner-occupier in mind.
The larger, newly-designed 196sq m apartments will feature four bedrooms, three bathrooms, multipurpose room layouts, and three car spaces.
Most other apartment layouts have been “refreshed” to incorporate a generous increase in internal living space.
Total Property Group managing director Adrian Parsons described the redesign as a “masterstroke”. “These exciting new additions are a real strength for Maasra, directly catering to a growing local demand for larger apartments and offering a point of difference over the competition,” he said.
The new, larger apartments are designed to cater for empty nesters wanting to downsize but not compromise on space or luxury. It is anticipated the new design will also appeal to local families wanting to make the most of Coorparoo’s village-like community.
Interested parties can get a feel for their potential new home at Maasra’s sales display centre, which includes a three bedroom apartment layout. The interactive display allows buyers to appreciate the size of the floorplan and quality of finishes. Residents will also have access to resort-style facilities.
The Sales Display Centre is open from 10am until 4pm daily, on the corner of St Leonards Street and Holdsworth Street at Coorparoo.
